After advising MTN to cancel my contract which expired at the end of August 2009. They went on renewing it and now I must carry the cost of them not doing they're work They have not supplied me with a letter informing me that the contract will be renewed and it was said that I will be billed every month if I don't cancel, now it is costing me R405.00 to cancel this contract which I was not told about.I do not have a phone or any of the sort They don't have the decency to phone or write a letter telling me that I can renew or upgrade If this matter will not be attended to I will report this to ICASA. read full review »
