i wanted a exchange on my wireless cctv camera kit, i went to this store to exchange and i was told it was not in stock so i returned on 2 other occaisions and was also told exactly the same . on returning on the last occaision on thursday carole was on the customer services that day i was met with very rude attitude and just didnt want to no and just dissmissed the matter in a extremely rude manner. in my life ive never been treated with this sort of rudeness and bad attitude from a customer service manager EVER in my life, THEY ARE TRAINED... read full review »
