On the 4th of September 2010 I submitted my phone to Vodacare (Hatfield), Pretoria, to be repaired. I received a sms that the phone is fixed and went there on the 11th of September 2010 to fetch it.I tested it in the shop only to find out that it has still got the same problem! It was not fixed! I re submitted it under same job number 5999702 and heard nothing of them.
