So the wrong information was given to me on the phone with a passport representative AND then AGAIN in the passport office. Called the 800 line and spoke to someone of what do that my husband was out of the country and would not be present to get a passport for our child. So he said i needed to fill out a form stating that was not available and have it notarized. Then i wait in line at the office for an hour and half only to have the person tell me that my husband has to sign and notarize the consent even though he's in another country... read full review »
