I ported to another cellular network in May 2009 but MTN continued to deduct money from my bank account. I have been into the MTN branch at Canal Walk at least twice and have been embroiled in email correspondence since July 3, 2009. At least 5 representatives have promised me a refund, but this has yet to appear in my bank account. Every time a new representative answers my email, they ask for the same information that has been given to the previous rep. This has been going on for 6 months!!! read full review »
