1. After 3 months of faultless connection, my lag times suddenly went through the roof. Reliable internet gaming became all but impossible. Hours of call centre hell to try and rectify the prolem. Best advice I got after 2 days: 'Are you connecting with the correct username?'. After 4 weeks, I was told there was an 'Unconfirmed problem' that they had been working on for some time.
