This lady contacts me, start the conversation by asking if I would reconcider, after my complaint about their idiotic internal procedures. I then explain to her NO. She then inform me that contrarary to what there concultant said on tape, which she listened to, that I can only cancel the contract in 3 months time. Need I point out that he confirmed that I can cancel now with 1 month notice, and even gave me the FAX no. to use.
