My problem started last month I forgot to transfer money for my debit order, made a payment on the 1st October 2009, it took 3 weeks to pick up payment after numerous e-mails, calls and faxes. Had to cancel debit order want to charge me double. For the past four days I am struggling to get an account from these guys. I have been swearing talking nicely wanted to speak to a supervisor with no luck. They also indicated that I must pay know for 2 months which I never did.
