This company, which sells DVD's of movies, TV series, Cartoons, etc, purports to be based in Canada, but is actually in mainland China. I ordered a set of Warner Bros Cartoons and while most of them are of reasonable quality, some of the extra features on the disks do not work. Also a couple of the disks were completely blank. The price is good, but if I had of done more research, I could have saved myself some angst.
