I sent my phone in for repairs as only the screen did not want to switch on. they don't offer any loan-phones as they apparently have none available (which always seems to be the case when i hand a phone in). A week later i get a call to go pick it up, i arrive there only to discover that the phone they hand me has had all it's major parts replaced (Keypad, buttons, cover, screen, etc) except that the 'new' screen has two very visible chips in it. i booked my phone back in for fixing of the screen which is now chipped.
