In August, 2010, I asked a question about a problem I was having with Excel. The answer they sent me was wrong - when I had asked the question, I had included information about what solutions DID NOT WORK, and their solution was to do what hadn't worked before. I was charged $30 on 8/24/2010. On October 15, 2010, I phoned customer service (in the Philippines). They have NO record of my account (neither of my email addresses, no record of my credit card).
