I signed up for a trial offer that was for $1.97 and $3.97 I signed up on 10/8 for a 30 free trial. 5 days later I was charged $39.95 I never even recieved the product. I called the number 800-320-2983 I found on my bank statement and the lady Janet Sanchez told me that the $39.95 was nonrefundable, I asked for a supervisor and after arguing with me for 10 minutes she transfered me to a supervisor.
