I have been duped by Titan Watches. I had purchased a Titan watch (Design 9650SL101) from M/s Virtual Jewels, Sector 18, Noida on 14.02.10 for my teenaged daughter. The bill of the watch is in my name. However, the watch stopped after 3-4 months. The watch was given to the dealer. The dealer and the service man (Mr. Vaibhav Srivastava and Mr. Neeraj) had promised me to repair the watch within a week, however it was returned to me after more than 6 weeks.
