I have never been so frustrated in communicating with customer reps or their suppervisors or simply getting what I ordered. Not to mention not getting the 14 day trial AND being charged for it, also being told I would get a special discount which I never got, charged double for a product I have not received... Could not even speak to someone in authority (because I was told that he doesn't take customer phone calls) who could simply give me a refund for a product not even received, only to give me the same response of getting a discounted... read full review »
