I went to meet friends at a downtown restaurant October 14, 2010. I drove into the lot as there was no street parking. The entry gate was down and the sign asked that you press the green button and take a ticket which I did. There was an attendant in the booth. As it was raining I grabbed my umbrella and ran across the street to join my friend. When I returned less than 2 hours later I had a ticket for 12.50 on my window.
