I received a sms mentioning my bill is XXXX. When i checked the bill there was a ONE TIME CHARGE of 731 Rs. I called customer care for clarification. They said they will email the bill to me of previous month which is listed as one time payment. No email ever sent. They called me again. I asked for Bill . They said they cannot email but they will courier it to me. No courier ever received. I guess not even dispatched. And then one day they disconnected my phone.
