I have an ongoing complaint that is similar to that of d.r martin (posted 2010-07-12 -also from New Zealand)... My(NZ) ASB bank Credit card (charge back officer) is attempting to resolve. In August 2010 I contacted a web site who had a system of 'live' touch type reservation for a mini bus for a group of 8 persons travelling from London -to Cornwalll/Devon- then on to Portsmouth as drop off point.
