I had purchased the trial package. It offered a 30 day guarantee. I had to pay a $3.97 shipping charge. It took 14 days for the product to arrive. Within a week after the product had arrived, I had a charge on my bank account for $79.90. I immediately called the company, and the explanation that was given, I immediately requested a RMA.
