on friday the 22/10/10 myself and family of 4 went to the mcdonalds in ramsgate to what we hoped to enjoy a family meal, although we were unable to enjoy it as the air conditioning was switched on which made our food cold and uncomfortable to sit in the restaurant as it was that cold when went outside it actually felt warmer outside, we was not happy at all especially when you children complaining to you that their cold, we did ask a member of staff who was helpful! as she went to find out what was happening with the heating but nothing more was done. read full review »
