There is a problem with Sears Customer Service, for most part you called to schedule appointment for the repair of the equipment you have a maintenance agreement, they give you a date and time with a window of time of four hours waiting time. When you call to see where is the technician that suppose to be at your home and has not arrive or called you the Sears Customer Service Repair representative is unable to help you and only attempts to reschedule your appointment for another date and time.
