On 19 Jul 2010 I took possession of a hire car From UK car hire at Gatwick Airport. The agent from UK car hire introduced himself as Michael and asked for an imprint of my credit card for security purposes in case of accidents. I agreed and michael stated the slip would be destroyed within 48 Hrs of return of the vehicle in good order. On the 21 Jul 2010 I noticed that the sum of 560 pound had been taken from my credit card account. I tried to contact the car company but could get no response .
