Attached is a letter I just emailed to Virgin Mobile after getting off the phone with their Customer "Service" department: I AM A VERY UNHAPPY VIRGIN CUSTOMER. I just got off the phone after a 45 minute phone call (mostly on hold) to your customer service department.
