I watched their commercial on TV in Aug, 2010 and thought it's a good idea to sell my unwanted gold, but it turns out to become a nightmare. my tracking number is CHMN 4297-2888-0991-6517-863-00000. and this is canada post tracking number. 7288809916517863. anyone can see that they received my gold in August. I sent in my gold in Aug and called in three weeks after.
