I write to report a truly awful experience of flying Emirates while attempting to begin the return leg of my journey at Delhi. I was due to travel with my wife and 6 month old infant on Emirates flight EK517 (DEL – DXB) at 16:15 hrs on Jul 10 and had an onward connection from Dubai to US. My tickets had been booked on a popular travel reservations website (“makemytrip.com”).
