respected sir i bought a gold chain in the name of my wife ch. ratna kumari on 8-08-2010 bill no 9735 after two months the chain had problem that a small piece came up from its design i approached your branch in kakinada (andhra pradesh) they repaired in such a way that the finest texture of the design was lost and it looked very awkward to see.
