Airtel prepaid automatically enrolls you in plans that are of no interest to you, and deducts balance amount. The only saving grace seems to be that the SMS message that you get about this automatic deduction, otherwise you will never know about this problem, unless you keep track of the balance on your card. Calling their customer service will result in a run-around and then they create some incident, and then reply that it was not their problem at all, and so they will not give back the amount they deducted.
