I have an Airtel connection under corporate plan Cell NO: 9004692145 bill no.: 336713543 dtd 12/10/010 Rel No: 109-102031009 I had lost my Cell phone on 2nd Oct, 2010 and obtained a duplicate sim on 4th Oct which was activated on 5th Oct. late evening. Now it is surprising that airtel has billed me for games club subscription which wasd never activated at all. They have charged another Rs. 25 for WAP all god knows what it stands for that too for the period when the phone was not with me. Several complaints to their customer care executive fall on deaf years. They are bent upon cheating hapless customers with all unwanted billing. read full review »
