Hi, My son-in-law had bought a new labtop HP Envy since 2 months and a half. He received the labtop August 18th. The laptop was not functionning. My son-in-law returned the laptop August 23rd to Hewlett Packard Canada. Since 2 months and a half, he had not received the laptop he had already paid August 18th. He is at school and he needs his laptop for his studies. He had encounter his duty by having paid already his bill. On the other side, HP has not delivered the laptop.
