However I had to buy the call options and sent the money through Wachovia Bank, overtaken by Wells Fargo Bank, and ending up at UNION BANK in the Phillipines. UNION BANK is named as a clearing agent for Taipei Commodiy Exchange. Now I have been instructed to pay 30 % tax in advance to the IRS since the real trade was said to have been carried out at NYMEX in New York.
