Sir, We are writing to report an incident that occurred during hardly few minutes before our entering in tube from departure to BANGKOK in flight no. TG 345 on 26 Oct 2010. I have always been a loyal patron of Thai Airline, but this recent incident has spurred me to file a formal complaint and obtain monetary compensation for my grievances.
