Groupo Mayan are scam artists. We bought in Cabo with the sole purpose of going to Cabo. We were told they were building a Mayan Palace in Cabo and until it is finished we can use the Grand Mayan without a problem. What a bunch of BS. We will never be able to get there through Groupo Mayan. I wasted hours and hours on the internet and phone ... I called several different times in the first minute we are allowed to book ahead ... and everytime it was already booked.. by the Grand Mayan members already.
