Like all of you, I am a victim of this crowd which is sometimes known as hotelcollect, bilsen hotel, hotel4u, gala something and probably has other names. This company is now called hotelsvision.com. Unfortunately, having aired our misery on this site has very little impact on their business unless they are reported.
