The website of mobily has no place to lodge complaints. This company has very bad service as they provided me data SIM issued as gift on purchasing electronic gadget from Jarir bookstore located at Al-Ahsa street (Pepsi cola Street) on 17 october 2010. The mobily staff posted at the bookstore kiaosk told me that the SIM will be activated after 24 hours. But now 15 days have passed an SIM not yet activated.
