I got the first email about 6 weeks ago saying that my number was drawn in a lucky draw and I won 1million USD and have had various emails now regarding my prize, saying I now have to forward via western union money transfers 1950- GBPS(pounds) from Dell Promotions in the UK so that they can finalize the legal docs for the transfer of my winnings. I have filled in all documentation but not given personal or banking details other than what they have: my name, email add and cell number. before I send any money, I nneed to know, is this a scam or not? read full review »
