When my mother in law received her order from melaleuca she found a product she hadn't ordered. She phoned the company and they reversed the charge for the item she hadn't ordered and sent her the one that she wanted free of charge. She raves about the fiber drink, she loves the laundry soap and the bathroom cleaner. She used to be a hairdresser and she says melaleuca has a very high quality shampoo and styling aid line.
