Hi- Can you please look into my request on urgent basis I purchased a new Sony Zylo phone on 2nd sep 2010 but after a couple of weeks, some problems occurred in slider (all the buttons stop working when slider is open) and also with screen display I enquired various Sony Authorized service centers ( in Gurgaon and Dehradun) and I was told that there is some problem with slide cable which is a manufacturing defect and that part is not available and no near by date was given for availability of the same I purchased Sony... read full review »
