Hi, We had booked a 3 BHK flat in the project of Star Homes - STAR COUNTY - ALUVA, in October 2008. At that time the construction was in piling stage. We paid more than 50% of the cost till date, strictly to the payment scgedule, until the company asked us to hold the payment. And even after the proposed completion date as per the sale agreement, it is still in the piling stage. The company is going on extending the re-start of the work and handing over indefinitely. And no response for the queries from company... If anybody is there, invested in the same project, please respond. read full review »
