On July 10 of 2010 my wife and I purchased a timeshare at Villa del Palmar Flamingos. First, we had breakfast with Aaron Hixon, the salesperson. During the presentation with Aaron, I told him several times that we could just not afford to take on another monthly payment, I told him we had no money for a down payment, and we did not have the equity in our home to get a loan.
