Our son had a two year contract with Telus beginning on June 17th of 2008. It is now November 2010 and we are still receiving his Telus bills here. I have tried a couple of times to call (and Telus has to have the VERY WORST MENU to get to customer service I have ever witnessed) to explain that our son is no longer a resident in this country and his contractual obligations are complete--as of June 17th 2010.
