Requested a refund since the voucher says the deposit is refundable however I have yet to receive a response. I think it is a shame they charge you $138 for a hotel that on the internet is $30 a day (2 nights) that is a $60 voucher. The hotel reviews says it is moldy, run down, holes in walls, plumbing issues, to name a few things. Why would anyone want this type of adventure. This was presentated as a prize and is anything but that. The rep is no longer responding to my emails and I would like my deposit back in full as I want to spend no time anywhere that has a mold problem and holes in the wall. read full review »
