I decided after I ordered this product that I really was not interested in using it. I called the number on the bottle and was on hold for 10 min then when I was told I could not get a full refund because it was past the 10 day trial period I asked to speak to a suppervisor and was put on hold for an additional 15 min. After speaking with this person I was again told I would not get a full refund.
