I was eating here a few days ago in the dining room. A roach crawled out from the space in between the bench seat and the wall. It was about an inch and a half long. Although this Arby's used to be a very clean restaurant, that time has passed. The dining room was filthy. Crumbs and dirt were all over the carpet. The sauce station had not been cleaned any time recently, as it was covered in dried sauce and fingerprints. The tables had not been wiped down and there were smudges all over the window.
