First off, I am guilty in that I pay my phone late EVERY month! Why? Because, like many people in this country I am struggling...BUT I do always pay! However, this doesn't mean I'm any less of a customer. In fact, I've been a customer of Vodacom for 15 years, and I DO pay my bills. I paid my bill on Friday 4 Dedember at 07:58 in the morning via E.F.T., and don't have a fax machine, so I couldn't FAX my proof to them.
