On 26th October I made a payment of R10200 into my FNB personal loan account and on the 30th the monthly debit order of R1200 also went through. My account balance at this moment is about R300. I phoned the personal loans department to find out why exactly I have to pay money in if I paid the outstanding balance as well as the monthly debit. I received three different answers from three different people and according my knowledge I iverpaid on this loan, it just doesnt make sense that I still have a R300 outstanding. read full review »
