Sixty day Data time 2gig purchased on Octobe 27th was deactivated on December the 1st with a balance of +1.5gig an obvious error on the part of MTN. This error was acknowledged at the MTN SP Picbel Parkade office in Cape Town daily on the 1, 2, 3, and 4th of December. A reference number for the problem was issued and promises to explore the details made by Lindewe in Cape Town and Ayanda at a main office. Reference number 367095727 was issued on the 2nd.
