Rented car on line for 2 week holiday in Croatia.It was a nine seater van, when we got there they had no vans available so they wanted to give us two small cars which were inappropriate. We had a voucher for Budget, but they told us they had received no money from De Code and we would have to pay again.My card had been debited 4 months before our trip.
