Hello, We are the residents of Petty Crew street, Seppings Road Cross, Bangalore and one of our neighbours (Door No. 1) has been stealing cauvery water since last 3 months. We never felt short of water prior to 3 months and most of our locality has borewells and Cauvery Water is not a priority to many of them.
