After a full year of bouncing around with customer service I am done. The thing is I actually was done several months ago but they kept me on (and charging me finance charges) and I have been attempting to return products. Some got lost (at their facility) some were sent but the box returned because the post office said the shipping info was incorrect. Now they are telling me they won't take off charges of items that items were returned but they can't tell that. I am looking for people interested in filing a class action suit.
