Summary of issues : 2 1/2 years ago bought BRADA front load washer / dryer with a 5 year extended warranty. Dryer broke in summer of this year - took 5 weeks to get fixed - nobody takes responsibility for anything. went for 5 weeks without a dryer. finally after DAILY phone calls too numerous to count, screaming at the customer service people, speaking with supervisors, managers, etc. the dryer was finally fixed.
