In July 2010 I purchased a Sanyo Xacti digital camcorder and a memory card online from Blue Fly Mobile. I had emails for the next week confirming my purchase and claiming my products were in the warehouse ready for shipping. The website claimed shipping would take between 10-20 business days. I heard nothing further by mid August and no one answered the phone (9016-0100). On 17th August 2010 I received an email claiming delivery delays. This was sent to all customers.
